My Tutor Tech offers online tutoring. Questions: aki@tutortechdesign.com.

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type (such as name, student age, goals, email, optional phone, and referral notes). Messages are sent with Resend. If you book with Calendly, Calendly processes that data under its own policy. Lesson payments go through PayPal, Stripe, or Zelle under their policies. Online lessons use a video tool chosen for the session; that provider has its own terms. This site uses Vercel Analytics for basic traffic stats (Vercel privacy).

We use this information to reply, schedule lessons, and run the site. We keep records as long as needed for those purposes and for any tax or legal obligations, then delete what we can. For minors, a parent or guardian should be the main contact for scheduling and billing.

To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion where we are able to comply, email aki@tutortechdesign.com from the same address you used with us if possible.
